So I am just about to finished my build but I need the plug in the fan connector, but I have no idea where it has to go?! Please help

That looks like a front panel USB 2.0 connector, which is typically what fan/RGB controllers use. Check your motherboard manual to see where that plugs into.

That should go into either the com header or the USB header shown on the bottom of the motherboard.

pretty sure that's a usb 2.0 connector, plug that to the usb 2.0 port on your mobo.

see the bottom two ports on your mobo all the way on the right? Those should be USB2 headers. It look likes you have a usb 3 and then 2x usb2 headers on the bottom right. Plug it into one of those usb2 headers. done.
