Hello! :)

The motherboard is absolutly compatible, have checked myself, just let you know that you got only 1 pci-e 3.0 on that motherboard, so if one day you want 2 gpu's, or want to use another pci than the 3.0, il will not be compatible with gtx series 700 or upper. But very cheap pc nice :p. Here is the list of compatible mobos: https://pcpartpicker.com/products/motherboard/?compatible_with=FGPKHx

PCIe (thankfully) is forwards and backwards compatible so a 3.0 card can go in a 2.0 slot or vice versa :)

Wasen't able to use my gtx 770 on pci-e 1.0 or 2.0,  I would still have my 2008 old hp if that was possible :(

PCIe 1.0 I'm not sure about but I know that you can definitely put a 3.0 compatible GPU in a 1.1 and 2.0 slot.

There are even benchmarks out there with a GTX 1080 on 1.1 and 2.0 slots to compare performance hits

Idk your budget since you haven't replied but I'd say it'd be worth just saving for this, it's much better than a 2400G/1050ti based setup.

I've managed to put a 780 in a 2006 Dell Inspiron 530 before (had to use a 3rd party PSU ofc because the stock one Dell provides doesnt have any 6 pin connectors).

The motherboard you suggested doesn't specifically say it's 3000MHz ram compatible, you sure? :)

Yes, all these parts are compatible.

I have created a PCPartPicker list for you using the parts you have listed. You'll need to add a few more things such as memory, storage, and a CPU cooler. PCPartPicker is a great tool you can use to make sure all your parts are compatible and to make sure you're getting the best prices. You can click here to see the PCPartPicker list.
