Safe DDR4 overclock voltages

I want to overclock the RAM on my rig since I'm using a Ryzen processor, but I'm unable to find (other than pretty old posts) and forum containing safe voltage ratings for DDR4, I've found the following 

  • 1.2V or lower = Best for DDR4
  • 1.35V = okay voltage for overclocking kits
  • 1.5V =absolute max voltage allowed for Intel XMP 2.0 profiles and max suggested voltage

I'm assuming that anything up to 1.35 will avoid degradation? 

 

Rig specs:

Ryzen 1600 stock speed

ASUS TUF B350M-Plus Gaming

2x8GB Corsair Vengance LPX rated at 2400 mhz, Current OC at 2666 with 1.25V but I would like to push it to 2800 or 3000 if possible

 

Rest of the specs, in case they matter

XFX RX 480 4GB

Samsung EVO 850 500GB

EVGA 450 BV 80+Bronze

1.35V is fine and I have run up to 1.5v no problem. I usually run 1.35v for every day use though

you shouldnt really go beyond the 1.35v with XMP as it can damage the IMC on the CPU.
