No longer works when typed into Google so i can't get back to the page to enable 2.4 ghz again dick slap me for being a dumb ho

Plug your computer directly into your modem via Ethernet. Also make sure you're not too far away from the router if you're using WiFi as 5GHz doesn't go through walls all that well, and hence, lower range.

Yep. So 5GHz provides better data rates, but at the cost of shorter range.

Why not just factory reset router and set it up fresh? @Iamnotgod

If you did mean to reply to me, that''s not going to work, I'm around 50 feet away and my house is made of concrete blocks, I live in Florida, the house is rated Category 5+ ;)

It's not a issue for me. 720p is top of what my phone does atm lol.

The router's web page, if you will, should be the IP address of the default gateway, assuming there's a connection to the router. To find this out, open up the command prompt and type in ipconfg /all, look for the adapter that's connected to the router, and then look for "Default gateway" entry.

Yes, sorry.

As for you, if you ever want to upgrade you could look at Power Line Networking, a pair of those and a hub or access point in the room you want would work well (so long as your electrical lines are not total garbage).
