Can i use this thermal grease for my laptops gpu and cpu?

can i use this thermal paste for my laptop? Bcuz im kinda thinking my thermal paste is worn off bcuz the laptop is 4 years old and the gpu works only when the laptop is REALLY cold.

correct. be careful not to use to much as the cpu and gpu wont have heat spreaders.
