1GB, the card isn't fast enough to take advantage of 2GB of VRAM.

would a 6670 be a decent card and be able to run the games I want??? because I don't won't buy the 7770 or 7750 unless it gave me much better performance

The difference in performance is massive and worth it.

The 6670 won't give you the experience you want.

the 6670 is a good value oriented card, i ran my 6670 on bf3 at medium settings 1080p and i got 45-50 fps. So at your resolution would be a good fit for the card.

If you have only $60, then buy a used 6850 and overclock it.

That 6670 is terrible.

Go with a 7770 if your power supply can handle it newegg has a refurbished card for $80 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814131506 the performance difference is MASSIVE i would even suggest a 7790 if you can afford it you can get them for
$100 after rebate http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125455 its only 20 bucks and its a pretty big jump in performance. Both card will require a 6pin power connector if your power supply doesn't have one you will have to get a 7750 if your not willing to get a new psu you won't save any money over the 7770 but you don't sound like your willing to spend the 40 or so bucks it would take to get a new psu.
