I have the budget for either a 2700X or an 8700k. Which is better for gaming and streaming on a single pc and why?

Keep in mind that this benchmark is between two stock clocked chips. The 8700k can overclock to 5.0ghz easily, while the 2700x can barely reach 4.4, if even that.
