If its on Auto, then it will get the voltage it requires when it requires it. So if say you launch google chrome, it will spike up to supply the voltage the board thinks it needs to run the CPU at the frequency it says it wants to run at. Only way around this is to manually configure the voltage to the lowest stable you can boot and operate with.

Turn off XFR 2 (maybe it is labeled as auto) as it pre-overclocks the CPU to what the CPU can manage. This being up to 4.35 ghz on the 2700x. It will then adjust the voltage to suit the needs of the CPU. It is often better to leave XFR 2 on as it gives best performance in most cases tham to manually overclock. Anything below or at 1.4 is considered safe voltages with Ryzen

Then probably the auto settings does not work properly, I insert some photo from bios

It's normal unless you set a manual voltage for CPU voltage.

What do you mean doesnt work properly? I believe XFR is doing exactly what it set out to do. Have you tried Ryzen Master. It might allow to turn of XFR 2 and let the cpu stay at stock. Idk why you would do so as the temps seem fine.

Why do you want the CPU run at stock (no boost) speeds?

Because it happens that a black screen appears on the monitor while the PC still works, but it can not be turned off on the button, I need to turn off the power

@_razzor_ So its an unstable overclock caused by XFR 2/precision boost 2. Turn off auto in the Bios. Download Ryzen Master to see if you can turn it off inside there. Its the first ive heard of XFR 2 causing a bad overclock.

See if you can reach out to AMD. They might be able to help you get a new CPU if the one you have is foulty or there is something else at play.
