messed SSD storage,help please

I wanted to create VHD disk,because I wanted to test how to mount ISO file through cmd.I created the VHD disk,but I missed some setting and I failed to mount the ISO file,then I deleted the VHD disk from the disk management and now my SSD misses the 20GB(i created the VHD disk with 20GB capacity).also I can't delete the .vhd file.can someone help me?I will give more info if I have to,just I want to restore those 20GB which I took from my SSD and put them in the VHD capacity
