Looking for AIO or Air cooler that fits.

Alda14

I am in need of a cooler for my rig. However, with the setup i am running it requires a certain fit. Because of the gpu and the case i cannot set up an AIO in the front. Therefore, I would need to have it at the top of the case. Due to the constraints of the motherboard height and RAM I can only have a 240mm radiator at the top. The ram presents another problem due to its hieght. I am open to using an air cooler, but because of the ram height i need one that will clear the RAM. Please help. Thanks!

Case: Meshify C

CPU: i7 8700k

GPU: Asus strix 1080 ti

Mobo: Asus Maximus X Hero

RAM: Trident Z RGB

Where are you shopping / located? Budget?

What are you looking for in a cooler?

I am in america, budget max would be 250. As for the cooler i would like it to keep the 8700k relatively cool while being reasonably low in noise

America is quite large area. You mean US and $250 USD? Case can handle all air coolers. Height of RAM is 44mm. Should be fine with all air coolers as you can raise front fan. Dark Rock Pro 4 is best performing air cooler atm, D15 is most silent while not falling far behind in performance.

I think you have them flipped around. The NH-D15 performs better whereas the DRP4 is quieter. In either case, they're both excellent and not that different in practice.

Probably. In either case, difference is miniscule.
