How do I unsubscribe from floatplane? I've looked mildly but not in depth and still haven't found much. I assumed I was unsubscribed awhile ago since the content stopped appearing but found I was still being charged, now the I got it fixed so the content would continue to show but still cant unsubscribe lol.

Help please :)

You're not seeing new Floatplane videos? Is that here on the forum or on the "new" floatplane website?

I actually didn't know that, but there was a subscription fix implemented in awhile ago for this website aswell that I found. Thank you!

If I remember correctly, you can unsubscribe in paypal
https://www.paypal.com/us/selfhelp/article/how-do-i-cancel-a-subscription-faq577
If not, then it would be though an LTT staff.

But hey, give the new website a try, see if you like it enough to stay subbed.

You can unsubscribe at the following link: https://www.floatplane.com/user/subscriptions

However, it does look like you may need to manually email them as there is a notice posted on that page right now.

Note: If you'd like to cancel your subscription, please contact floatplanehelp@gmail.com for the time being.
If a subscription's status is indicated as "Cancelled" below, but you haven't had it cancelled yourself, then it's likely still active, with the status being wrongly reported.
We are working on a long-term solution for these issues. Many thanks for your patience!

Alternatively, you can always go into your PayPal and cancel pre-approved payments here: https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/autopay

This is one reason I love using PayPay. It's so much easier to file chargebacks and cancel payments than going through the bank.

I just checked out the floatplane website and it says I need to subscribe to channels separately now... :/ lol

Yup, they're going the way of your local high speed internet and cable company, except that they haven't (yet) implemented DRM or prevented downloading their content, which is a very good thing for those of us who pay for a subscription.

That is the way it has always been. It is very similar to Patreon you "subscribe" to each creator separately.
