GTX 1070 Upgrade

I wouldn't upgrade from a 1060 to a 1070. Does not make any sense with the new generation coming out now.

dont upgrade just 1 step higher. Wait for new cards or get the 1070ti or higher.

1070ti is a slightly nerfed 1080, so yes it is quite a bit better than 1070.

1080ti is a Titan X Pascal (i.e. Titan XP) with 1GB less memory with the same core. The Titan Xp does have more cores as well.

 

Just dont take this concept to the 1050ti, that's a boosted 1050 and not related to 1060.
