Pc no longer boots Cpu Dram led's on

Hello , i built a pc about a month ago and its been working excelent until yesterday i put it to sleep and now it wont boot , cant even get to the bios. 

 

The POST CODE on the motherboard is CPU led ON than moves over to the DRAM led than quickly back to the CPU.

 

tried moving ram in every possible configuration , than checked the cpu all the pins are fine. Than tried reseting the CMOS by unpluging the psu and turning it off than touching the cmos reset pins with screwdiver whith no success.  Also tried battery meathod to try reseting cmos still no image on monitor when trying to boot. Also all the light are on except the motherboard and cpucooler light when pluged into the motherboard.

 

What do you suggest i do now? My local pc repair shop chages $50 for diognostics and said it would take 2 days. Is there anywhere else i can take it , any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

if you do you can try reseating your cpu

did you do a bios upgrade? 

is the RAM on the QV list?

can you try a differnt RAM chip for test?

check that you cpu cooler is seated right on the motherboard. unplug and re-plug it.

unplug everything but mobo cpu RAM and see if it goes farther. If so plug 1 thing in at a time until error reappears.
