Does anyone know of any manufacturers that make, or i they are planning to manufacture a USB Type C Micro drive, simular to this USB 3.0 listed below? I have a MacBook pro with a soderied 256SSD to the MB. I would like to add more storage, but it has to be in a super small form factor. I don't want to have a large drive sticking out the side of my laptop and have to unplug it while traveling.

I'm gonna try really hard to not get upset about MacBooks....

But I'm not aware of anything like what you're describing or looking for.

Thats the smallest drive i found on amazon.ca, and it has the benefit of having both connectors:

Psst, you linked a MicroUSB device.

This one would be fit for your use, OP: https://www.amazon.ca/Kingston-Digital-128GB-Traveler-DTDUO3C/dp/B01M59PHE4/ref=sr_1_12?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1526754915&sr=1-12

It's just kind of a shame the new Macbooks don't have SD card slots, so Transcend Jetdrives are not an option anymore :/
