Getting an error in nonpaged area

Bayron

So I have a laptop hp 15-n072sy and when I start it I get blue screen of error in nonpaged area and then it reboots and same error every time. I tryed to make diagnostic from bios and still same error. Then I saw a post which suggested that maybe ram is bad, I checked and ram is ok. So I decided to reinstall Windows and it doesn't allow me, I set first boot device to CD ROM and it starts to spin CD but then just goes and loads Windows from HDD. Can someone help me here? Thanks :)

If your not sure how - https://support.hp.com/gb-en/document/c03439317

If you can get it in safe mode you can then try the above suggestion by @BlitzTechTips

No when I press recovery it goes black screen for 30sec and hp  logo shows and starts to load Windows -_-

Oh buggery :( she doesn't sound too healthy then. Have you tried stripping out one stick of ram at a time and attempting boot in-between. I had a Pavilion G6-2210SA which is a very similar machine (infact still have but its neither use nor ornament) that I seem to remember suffering a similar issue 4 years ago and it turned out to be a bad stick of RAM causing it.

Maybe you have a new, spare stick lying around, or maybe a family member? Also, maybe you can try to run memtest86 from a usb drive?
