Wii disc wobbles and seems unbalanced

When i put a disc in my Wii, it starts to spin, and after a few seconds it starts to wobble and makes scratching/grinding noises. Any help?

The motor or something around there is probably bent/misaligned, it looks like. You could open it up and see if there's anything bent, and try to realign it. That might break it more though, so it's up to you.
