Low Budget PC Help (500-750 USD)

Budget: $500-$750 United States

Aim: Gaming. Specifically Total War, Kerbal Space Program, Civ, and the likes of that. Most likely no fps games.

Monitors: A single 1080p most likely

Peripherals: No need to factor in mouse and keyboard into the price, but I will need Windows 10

Upgrade: not upgrading, just building from scratch

Notes: I've used Intel and Nvidia in the past with no issues so if possible I would like to stick with those brands. Graphical quality isn't important it just needs to run the games smoothly. That being said, the prettier the better.

Thank you so much for all of your help. I know this is a challenge.
