I've a warrantee but they told me that they don't refurbish if it was an accidental ... wtf did i pay $60 for 4 years.. -,-' ?

 

i'm thinking of buying this screen or should i wait for new screens to be released ?

Warranties that cover user damage can cost a lot more than that.

I would suggest a new glass/tempered panel, Can be found but hard.

I had this happen to me on a really expensive display that was about 6 years old. Just buy a new one. It happens.

read exactly what the warranty covers, its probably not included and was a total waste of money as most of these are.

 

Especially for stationary devices these warranties cover almost nothing that would happen in the real world.

the thing is you wont get a legitimate warranty that covers real world problems for a reasonable price because thats not cost effective for the insurance.
