Need help

Hello Everyone. I am a hardware guy to the core so software is my biggest weak point. My PC won't boot to windows 10. When I turn the PC on it will go to a black screen with a flashing cursor. I tried changing the boot order, didn't work. I turned off all overclocks on my cpu and memory. Any other ideas on what I should do guys?

As dumb as this sounds, Unplug the boot drive and replug it again xD. Seriously try that :P. Unplug the boot drive and boot it up. Then power it down and then replug the boot drive again. See if that works :P

It still should. It will be significantly more annoying to do so but it should do it

Does your motherboard has POST codes (A display that shows numbers and letters?), If so, what code does it show, and refer to the motherboard manual for it's meaning.

Can you access the BIOS/UEFI? Does your motherboard have a BIOS/UEFI button, and can you press it (try it with the computer being off, and if that does nothing, do it while it is on)?

Also, the problem can be as simple as the CPU power plug is miss connected or not plugged in properly, same for your GPU and Motherboard connector. Make sure everything is fully inserted, and not missing a power connector.

Thanks for the help but I figured it out. On the last reboot I heard a very soft ticking. So I checked all my fans and they were fine. So I unplugged both my hard drives and it started right into windows. So I had a drive failure in my system.
