You can get MUCH better bang/buck with refurbished at that price point.

 

Think, you can either get a 3rd gen i5 on a well build lenovo thinkpad, or a dual core atom with 1/4 the amount of ram.

You arent going to get crap at that price range :(. If you could stretch to $400ish dollars you could get something so much better

AMD E2 APU is SLOW AS HELL, avoid. For that budget look for used Thinkpads like T430 and T520
