I would do something like this:

Ryzen 5 2600 - 190 dollar

Asus prime B350-plus - 94 dollar

1060 6gb - 300 dollar

Corsair vengeance LPX 2x8 3000mhz - 190 dollar

Seagate barracuda 2tb - 60 dollar

Samsung 860evo 500gb - 130 dollar

For the case; pick something you like, you should have got like 40 dollars left.

Lol. Already thought I forgot something. Made up something in a hurry. Make the ram 2x4 instead of 2x8 and take a corsair RM750X

The build seems unbalanced to me. Rather spend more on ram than a super expensive ssd. There are alot more affordable ssds than the one you choose that are still very good.
