After quite some time i will upgrade my phenom ll x4 960t with a new pc but in order to do so i had to chose a new motherboard and new ram since im switching to ddr4

I use my PC for moderate gaming wathing movies and maybe i a make a video a month so i came up with this build with some old parts so i can save money so i was wondering if anyone thinks it going to work and be worth of un upgrade and if its good for future upgrades once i get more money

You need to post the permalink for your parts list. The link you posted just takes me to whatever partlist I have sitting on PCPartPicker.

I was just about to hit reply after pasting the image, got that little "1 new reply" pop up and figured it would be someone pointing out the same thing, but at that point I was too commited to making the post.

Swapped a couple things around. The PSU is pretty not good and I changed out the mobo for an x470 board just for ease of compatibility since you're not guaranteed that a B350 board will have the BIOS you need.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: AMD - Ryzen 5 2600 3.4GHz 6-Core Processor  ($189.99 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: Gigabyte - X470 AORUS ULTRA GAMING ATX AM4 Motherboard  ($139.99 @ Amazon)
Memory: Patriot - Viper 4 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-3000 Memory  ($86.98 @ Newegg)
Storage: Samsung - 850 EVO-Series 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive  ($99.99 @ Samsung)
Storage: Western Digital - Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive  ($43.90 @ OutletPC)
Video Card: EVGA - GeForce GTX 950 2GB Superclocked Video Card
Case: LC-Power - 991B Lighthouse ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: Corsair - CX (2017) 450W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply  ($23.98 @ Newegg)

Well if they'll upgrade the BIOS then you're good on that part. As for overclocking all boards and AMD chips can overclock except the A320 boards (and A420 I assume is the 400 series version) so even if you don't plan to overclock now you'll be able to do so in the future with the board you originally selected.

The PSU is generally considered low tier stuff and while it can power your system if you can spare the extra bit of cash for a new one then go for it but otherwise leave it for now and when/if you upgrade your GPU down the line then swap out the PSU then.
