you are comparing a 5ms VA monitor with 144Hz to a 4ms IPS monitor with 165Hz..usually IPS provides better colors than VA..VA is something between TN and IPS..the difference is minor,both are good monitors.It's not like to compare a 1996 CRT with 2k17 IPS monitor..I guess the Predator monitor is better.32" monitor is too big for me,even a 27" is kinda big,idk if you know what's like to be in front of 32" monitor
