Wifi card won't give internet and ethernet crashes network

All of a sudden one day my wifi card simply stopped connecting to my home internet. It would connect and windows would state it had internet, but chrome would give me a no internet warning, and the connection would drop 10 seconds after the chrome warning. Meanwhile, if I try to run an ethernet cable straight from the computer to an extender using direct lan, not only does my computer stop the connection, but EVERY SINGLE DEVICE IN THE HOUSE DROPS ITS CONNECTION FOR LIKE 5 MIN! I've tried a USB wifi dongle and while it works it's super slow.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Custom built rig with a TP Link 802.11ac wireless card. Had it for almost 2 years with no problems
