Help What is wrong

I have a Lenovo yoga 2 11 in my possession and there is a serious issue with it. Whenever you start it up it pops up with the error "No bootable device press any key" and after pressing enter it pulls up an empty Boot Manager menu (no options available). I knew the SSHD was bad so I got an SSD for it and it still doesn't work. I also tried an HDD for it and same results. Please help diagnose this issue. Thanks

probably dumb question but did you install windows (or any other OS) on the SSD? because thats the sort of message you'd expect if you didnt.

yes i did install windows on it

Can you boot from a live USB? Is it detected in the boot menu?
