Speedfan doesnt recognise fans

Speedfan last update was June 2016, nearly 9 months before Ryzen was launched so its very hit and miss on what works and doesnt work with it. Just set a fan curve in the BIOS.

Almost every new motherboard is not compatible with speedfan, the guy is a solo-developer who does it for free. He would have to buy new motherboards to test etc. so he would only be making a loss...

 

I simply gave up hopes on Speedfan and resorted to use Argus Monitor to link my case fans to my GPU temperature (if that is what you want to do). The trial period is kinda endless anyway.

i also checked in the bios, but it only lets me set the voltage and not the rpm, and im not experienced with voltages so yeah...

There should be nothing for voltages with the Fans in the BIOS. You also dont set it based on RPMs, you set it based on a value from 1-100 in a % style format.
