Installers don´t show up or start at all

I just discovered the Razer chroma audio Visualizer on youtube, so I wanted to try it out but when I tried to start it nothing happens except the courser turning inta a circle for a second or so. I read online tjat you need Visual C++ 2015 for it to work so I downloaded it but when I tryed to start the installer the same thing (I already have Visual C++ 2013 and 2017 installed). The Same thing Happens with other Chroma apps and the Better discord instaler and also with the driver setup for an old Fritz!Wlan Stick. they also don`t show up in task manager. Does anybody know what I should do
