Thredripper post code

I have a thredripper 1950x on a asrock mother boadard and post code 92 after doing a BIOS update.  Tried reflashing the BIOS with different versions no success. Ordered I a new motherboard Gigabyte Designate EX. Got everything put together and same problem, code 92. Do I have a dead cpu? Any thoughts?

Code 92 is PCI bus issues.. like a graphics card or other PCI device plugged into it.

Code 92 is for PCI Bus initialization Started.

You sure you have a GPU plugged in or something?
