Probably r7 2700, and a gtx 1060

Ryzen 1700 + b350 board. Voila. GPU doesnt really affect it,most will be about the same render time with CUDA rendering, so you can get a cheaper gpu to save a few bucks.

 

although if your on a budget i reccomend using Davinci resolve since its free.

Less than half the render time is nice... You want a gpu it will make a big difference, something like a 1050 will be fine, just get a gpu.

What i meant by that was you didnt need a 1080ti or 1080, a low end 1050-1060 would be fine.
