Ryzen apu graphics not showing up

I'm encountering this problem where the integrated graphics of the ryzen 5 2400G arent showing up in the in the display options instead it only shows up as Microsoft basic display adapter. The vega graphics do not show up in the device manager either. Games aren't showing it as an option to switch to either.

Is there some sort of driver that im missing or is it there some other issue? There is no discreet graphics card.

Most likely you are missing a driver as they usually show up as basic display adapters without drivers, just go to amd's site and check for display/graphics drivers for your chip

Did you install any of the Radeon drivers from the AMD site? that wording makes it sound like you haven't.
