need help choosing a monitor

now im stuck choosing from two monitors because they are the only ones avalible in my market 
first one is the benq gw2470ml its a 75hz monitor va pannel 4ms but i dont know the input lag it has , so does va pannels have lower input lag than the ips pannels ?

the second one is lg 24MP58VQ-P its 75hz ips 5ms but with 16ms input lag and i dont know if that is too much or not 
i will be playing shooter games like overwatch , csgo and ranbow 6 siege , help me out guys what should i choose
