i tried the link https://www.youtube.com/redirect?redir_token=HiUeMRxB_MNnv1ytSWwElbP9zaF8MTUyNTcyNzczM0AxNTI1NjQxMzMz&q=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.privateinternetaccess.com%2Fpages%2Flinus-tech-tips%2Flinus2&event=video_description&v=BrcBKpE9aQg to get PIA, and was going for the 64% off offer for the 2 years. the payment page failed it then returned me back to the select option page and the prices had changed. 3 times it did this. is it because im not in the US/Canada? or something else? 

 

i got the link from the youtube video about installing win 10 on an sd card.posted about an hour ago. 06-05-2018 (correct date format (06-May-2018 for any confused  Americans))

If you're getting failures on the payment page, this means your method of payment is being declined by PIA's merchant account. This could be because it's an unsupported payment card, or your bank is flagging the transaction as suspicious, so you'll want to call up your credit card company or whomever your payment issuer is and ask them why it's being declined. PLEASE DO NOT SHARE YOUR DETAILS OF PAYMENT HERE however, are you using a Credit Card to pay, or something like a Prepaid Visa / MC to pay? Or how are you trying to pay, and what error are you getting?
