BSOD, seemingly random?

As much as I would like to, I cannot describe what may be the cause of my blue screens as it quite literally does it without being prompted.

 

OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit

 

Specs

CPU: Intel i5 4670k 3.4GHz (stock)

Motherboard: Asus Z87 Pro

RAM: 2x8GB Corsair Dominator 1600MHz

GPU: Gigabyte 780 Ti Reference cooler at stock clocks

Sound card: Creative SB X-Fi Xtreme

Storage: Booting off a 1TB Seagate Barracuda, a very old Maxtor 250gb drive and a 3TB external.

PSU: OCZ ZT 750w

BIOS version: 1405

Do you BSOD's create any minidump fles in C:/Windows/Minidump?

Maybe a faulty RAM stick? Take them out and leave one to see
