This build is MOSTLY focused on Gaming performance.

This build is also trying to maintain as close to $1500 (Australian Dollars) as possible.

If you can think of anyway to improve performance without spending more money please feel free to tell me.

I realise the ram will need upgrading in the future along with HDD and a case, but your opinions are very much welcomed!

Please go easy on me.

If you are mostly playing games you may drop to i5-8600k, the 1070ti to a 1070 or check some other places to buy one(also look for 1080s, in my country 1080 is similarly priced to a 1070) and also add at least 8 gigs of ram. You may also use a normal cooler not an AIO.

 || CPU: Intel i5-8600K || Cooler: CoolerMaster Hyper 212X || Motherboard: Gigabyte Z370 HD3P || GPU: Gigabyte GTX 1050ti OC Windforce 4GB || Memory: 16GB Crucial DDR4 3000mhz || HDD: WD Black 500GB + Seagate Barracuda 2TB || SSD: Samsung 980 1TB || PSU: Corsair VS550 || Case: nJoy Ice Cage || Fans: Segotep Halo Ring RGB ||Monitor: 2x Dell 27" P2717H IPS Full HD || Second Monitor/TV: LG 49UJ620V UHD || Mouse: Logitech G502 || Keyboard: Logitech G810 + Royal Kludge RK84 || Speakers: Philips SPA-5300 subw + Arylic 2.1 + DIY Bookshelves w/ Dayton Audio || Headphones: HyperX Cloud Flight S ||

TO BE UPGRADED:

>> Headphones << >> Keyboard << >> HDD << >> Mouse << >> PC Case << >> Memory(another stick) << >> Graphics Card <<

You are not going to have a good experience with 4GB Ram. I would drop down to a GTX 1070 and then up the Ram to at least 8GB. You really should be aiming for 16GB though.

I would go with the Ryzen 7 over the 8700 but that is my opinion and I have used both in gaming enviornments

dafuq is that GPU? no... is the US market still just super screwed or something because 1070TIs are under $600 by quite a bit here, cheapest ones are like $550...

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Builds:

The Toaster Project! Northern Bee!

The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)

Spoiler
