It depends if you can wait a little longer whilst prices drop even further? The mining craze is nearly over so prices "should" fall.

 

That being said, MSRP for a founders edition 1070Ti was/is $450 i think? So you're not doing too bad on pricing anyway.

That still doesn't help, we have no idea the local market for you. The new nvidia cards are coming so they probably won't stay that high for long, however the older cards are often snapped up my savvy buyers looking for a bargain. If you need a card now then you can't really wait, if you can wait for the new gen to launch then probably best to wait.

Newegg doesn't have anything (direct from them at least) under $519.99, so if you've found one in the $400's seems like a good deal.

Quit being cheap and just buy it. Sounds like standard pricing given such little info.
