Using 2 Diffrent Gpu's For Stream/Gaming

Can I Use My Old GTX 750Ti For Streaming and GTX 1070 8GB Gaming With No SLI just use the 750ti for the streaming to prevent lagging and I have a 8 core cpu and gave 8 cores to gaming and 8 for streaming Ryzen cpu.

Nope. Can’t use it for anything really.

No need for the 750ti to be here. Streaming with CPU uses CPU power only. the 750ti isnt doing anything.

 

Unless you stream with shadowplay, but CPU is still preferred because shadowplay doesnt give much options.
