Will this processor work with this motherboard?

Hi guys! I am trying to build a budget pc. I have 6 gb 1333 MHz ddr3 ram a 450 watt powersupply from corsair, a 750ti graphics card, i am ordering these processor and motherboard. will the processor be compatible with the motherboard?
