can you extract the storage devices from the old pc. say an old HDD or an SSD. if you can salvage say a 500 GB HDD from the old system youve got a couple of bucks for the new PC

also say what rez you want to play at. is that monitors as in plurals? do you then need stands or is the desk big enough?

I should be able to salvage the old 1 tb hdd from my laptop and been looking at using a 3tb hdd space. Then using a 500 gb ssd for certain things. I would say 10800 for the rez and i will prob end up going with 2 monitors

Edit: you can swap out the case as i just found somthing decent at a low price. also note that you can add aftermarket cooling if you want to overclock. all withing budget offcourse.

Edit 2: you can have a 8 core CPU instead but that would lead to 38 dollars over budget. the 8-core being the 2700.

X version CPU has better cooler Wraith Spire

If you not going to overclock and I would not recommend doing. This motherboard is best price/performance

Checked the ram in QVL to be compatible. also it looks good doing red/black build theme

MX500 reliable SSD

Barrcuda one of most popular HDD also you can pick Western Digital

MSI 1060 just for black/red looks and one of the best cooling solution. of course Strix 1060 has best cooling

Black/Red case just for looks. you can save 10$ with black version

550W PSU enough to handle 2 GTX 1060 if you want in SLI.

24inch monitors. of course you can take 2 21.5 inch Asus VP228H for 99.99$ each depends what size you want

Edit.1 would really suggest this case. Best thermal performance. https://pcpartpicker.com/product/CQvZxr/silverstone-rl06br-pro-atx-mid-tower-case-rl06br-pro
