Black ops 1 FPS Problem

Hey guys so i just bought black ops 1 about a week or 2 ago and when i play multiplayer my cpu usuage goes to 100% on all 4 cores well 2 cores 4 threads and it makes the game unplayable at some stages my fps is sometimes under 30 fps sometimes it will drop down to 20 even 10 randomly and with zombies after like round 15 it starts to chop up aswell especially when the nova crawlers explode so if anybody has a fix for this please help oh and btw the gpu never goes above 6% usuage even though its worse then my cpu and this happens on low 800p and all the resolutions and graphics settings so Please Help

 

And this only happens on Black Ops 1

 

SPECS:Intel core i3-2310m

             Geforce Gt 520M

              8GB DDR3 Ram 2x4

              And 450GB Hard Drive

Bad GPU and CPU. Both mobile chips. Not for gaming..

Especially not on a dual core, especially not in unoptimized garbage like CoD with a ye' ol' engine.

Black ops 1 ran like garbage on anything because it's a poor Xbox 360 port. It feels like that too as mouse input is significantly laggier than in Cod4/MW2/MW3 from my experience. Plus, the few hundred players that remain make it a bad buy for anything but zombies and the campaign.
