I need a 144hz, 1080p Gaming Monitor, any suggestions?

Hi, currently I'm using an old 60hz monitor and am looking to upgrade it for Competitive gaming needs for specifically Counter-Strike in particular.

All I'm looking for is a good 144hz, 1080p monitor preferably in the $150-$250 price range, nothing too fancy, I just want something that can get the job done, and is good for FPS games.

The Asus one is really old and not flicker free. Same goes with the Acer if I'm not mistaken.

I would advise the AOC G2460PF or the ViewSonic XG2401. I use them both for CS:GO and they are good flicker-free monitors.

I would go with one of the options @Eibe mentioned. Both have freesync anyways, so if you ever get an AMD GPU you could reap those benefits.

AOC G2460PF and ViewSonic XG2401 are my recommendations as well.

 

The Acer GN246HL and VG248QE are some of the very first 144 Hz monitors ever made, they're really old and are not a good value at their current prices.
