okay so this is been going on for a few weeks now. I gave it a little bit to see if it would resolve itself but it hasn't but anyways whenever I go to render out a video or launch a game from steam windows crashes into a bluescreen now its not over heating im 100% positive of that.

Heres a photo of what it looks like

Im not sure if the error codes are exactly correct in this photo because I grabbed it from google images.

Yeah we know what a blue screen is, but there are several hundred different error codes. Either take a picture of the one you're getting or follow the instructions in the thread in my signature (which is the pinned thread titled "read before asking for help" if you can't see it) and upload the crash dump from C:\Windows\Minudump in a compressed archive (.zip, .7z etc.) so we can tell you what's really happening. However, as it's happening under stress, and your CPU is overclocked according to your signature, try setting it back to stock because overclocks are commonly the cause of BSODs (and chips become worse overclockers over time so even if it was stable before, it can be unstable now).

Okay umm heres the file in a rar, it wouldn't let me compress it in a zip so rar will have to do https://drive.google.com/file/d/0ByiSft8WQB4NUGRCRzB4SkY2VmM/edit?usp=sharing

and no my cpu nor gpu is not over clocked. they remained at their stock clock frequency ever since I built my rig. I do have a corsair h60 on my cpu so temps shouldn't be to hot.

Ok, that dump file wasn't so helpful. I can tell you it crashed while performing a task for CoD Ghosts (iw6mp64_ship.exe) but otherwise there are very few obvious errors. It appears to have been caused by the computer outpacing itself and the threads and locks getting caught up, but I don't know. Try reducing the overclock.
