Remove the GPU, leave 1 stick of RAM and disconnect any hard drives / SSD's and usb devices. If it POSTs again, start readding components one by one.

Readding. Does that mean to put each componenet in 1 by 1?

I think it's what he means. If the POST is successful the first time it's just a matter of plugging every component back in one by one and trying to POST each time a new part is added. From there it's just the process of elimination. :)

Please mention or quote me if you want a response. :)

I removed gpu,  1 stick of ram left, and all usb and sata connectors are removed from mobo. Still not booting....

Then it's time to start swapping components.

See if you can borrow a PSU from somewhere to rule that out. Next suspect is the board. For good measure, take the board out and troubleshoot on a cardboard box or a piece of wood.
