I was wondering if this ram:  Patriot Memory Viper Elite Series DDR4 16GB 2400MHz (PC4-19200) Single Module (Black/Grey) - PVE416G240C6GY is compatible with gigabyte ab350 gaming motherboard and the ryzen 1600X

Look at the list of supported memory and check.

It is not on the list, so i guess it's not compatible?

It's not guaranteed to work, no.  Better to pick something off the list, or something you know has Samsung B-die chips.  They work on Ryzen for sure too but are expensive.

Hallo, I have found this ram: HX424C15FB/16 it says its compatible with memory socket 1 does the ab350 have this?
