What should I upgrade?

What parts in my pc do you think need an upgrade due to bottlenecking, general performance downsides etc. and what do you think I should replace them with?

Specs:

8GB DDR4@2666

GTX 1070

i5-8400(stock cooler)

460w PSU

900GB HDD

1080p 60Hz 4ms Monitor

You should add more RAM (16-32 should be good) also switch to SSD

An SSD with provide the greatest gain in UI performance. Most of the other components are rather new and so do not need upgrading.

I'd get an SSD and look into more RAM.

Get an SSD, RAM and if ur PSU is not good....then replace it by any tier 1/2 PSU
