I will guess, that it is your fan there are hitting something or your disk read-and-write head there hitting your disk plates.

 

So prepare for disk failure soon™ if it is the read-and-write head.

that sound like normal hdd operation. But you should always have backups.

 

Also check the smart data of the drive in the web interface.

Can't hear a thing over my speakers, so I can't judge what's going on. But yes, always make sure you have a back-up. RAID is never a back-up, gotta have both.
