need help

hey, I just a quick question.

 

I bought these ballistix ram sticks a few months ago,i did open the packaging but I promise that I never used them and now I want to sell them.
A buyer wants to buy these rams but made a question that if the box is open then how will you convince me that these are not used..?
for now I have said that if the ram is used it will have some scratches of contact pins and now i have seen the and it does have some scratches but they are so light that they are barely visible but can be seen if focused.
I want to ask that are these scratches normal ? like company tested them before sending out and this little barely visible scratches found on all rams.
I have given some images below if you could see the scratches please inform me the possible reason.
I bought these from a very good online site and broke the original seals myself

Your word, as with anything second hand, is all they have on that they've never been used. The photos look fine to me. If you want to be absolutely sure just test them before selling them, in front of the buyer if needed.
