GPU throttles at 34°C

Go to solution Solved by .Apex.,

uninstall AfterBurner and Reinstall AMD drivers... everything should be back to normal.

and u wont unlock voltage so don't mess with afterburner's settings

Also u don't need afterburner... AMD has their own overclocking program, Wattman or OverDrive, you can find them in Radeon Settings (AMD settings) after you install the driver.

After messing in afterburner a bit too much, I realised after I rebooted that my FPS was garbage. Even in pretty light games like KSP, I got 12 FPS max at low settings (It could run GTA V on ultra with 2xMXAA at 30 FPS before). After I opened up furmark, I figured out the temps wouldn´t go past 34°C and I got 8 FPS (Could run on 45 FPS before). If anyone knows a way to fix this, I would be thankfull (ULPS is disabled btw)

The GPU is a Radeon R7 370. I messed around with settings, trying to unlock voltage.

Can you try restarting the computer again? I've had this happen with my 750Ti when trying to overclock.

Update : I set the OC settings to max (1150hz) and it is still perfectly fine. Again, thank´s syn2112 for fixing my issue and giving me a tip on OCing AMD hardware.
