New CPU

Ummm... Why is the title 'new CPU' if you are going to buy a prebuilt system?

And my reference point was a prebuilt computer, which people ahve quickly shown to me isn't what i want to do.

The thing with that is too much ram and not enough graphics horsepower. The rest is fine. I'd look on something like Cyberpower or Origin PC and take a look see. That is if you don't want to build yourself.

Hello Forums and community. I'm new to these forums as well as building and messing with computers. I was just wondering what the best bang for my buck would be, I have a $1500 budget to get the best gaming computer i can, That can play games such as DayZ, Arma, Battlefield, C.O.D., League of Legends while recording. As i've said i'm not much of a computer builder and don't understand it, but i've looked at this computer for a while and was told it would be amazing

what would the end price be to this build?

Depends on how much you want to spend.

for the liquid cooling, is that the best option or there something close to it's performance?

It's generally not a good idea to spend big bucks on cooling the cpu when what you're doing it gaming.
