Use front flash as a torch

I have a moto x4 that has a frontal flash and I want to know if I can use it as a torch, the same way I can do with the back one.

Most phones have that integrated, otherwise there are definitely apps for that

dude.....flashlight is to torch as torch is to flashlight

You get what I mean. I want don't want to use it for taking selfies. I want to use it to light up stuff

I'm not a native English speaker. What I mean as flashlight is the led light used in a smartphone camera to take pictures.
