The N4200 CPU is enough for HD streaming?

Hi guys, 

 

the mentioned CPU is enough for streaming (Logitech C270) with Quick Sync in 1280x720 / 3000 bitrate?

I would say no. Get at least a quad core.

It is a Quad Core, but an Apollo Lake one with 4W TDP.

My little Server: i7-7700 / Asrock H110M-ITX / 24GB DDR4-2400 / Samsung 860 Pro 250GB & Seagate Firecuda 2TB / VMware ESXi 6.7

But the N4200 is a quad core processor. At the moment I have a laptop with i3-5005U and the streaming is perfect* with this, but i need one more laptop.
As i saw on benchmarks there is not too much difference between the i3-5005U and the N4200, just in the single core performance

*The OBS showing only 10-20% CPU usage

Quad core it may be, but it's still too weak for just about anything.

But on the cpuboss they showing the multi core performance (GeekBench 3) is better than the i3-5005U multi core performance
